Terrace house refurbishment – A brief project outline
We were asked by the client who had recently moved in to the property to:
1. design & install a new kitchen incorporating an island
2. install a new staircase
3. Fit new internal doors throughout the house
4. Fit new skirting & architrave in the lounge & kitchen
5. Fit a new laminate floor in the kitchen & hallway
Throughout the job, extra work came to light, such as ply boarding uneven floors so that the new carpet and underlay had a good sound base to be laid on to.
